Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. We recommend including your order number and the email address used to place the order in your cancellation request to expedite the process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Any items returned without original packaging
  • Items that show signs of wear or use

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment processor, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The date of your purchase
  • The payment method used
  • The amount of the expected refund
